Lately, I’ve been having the strangest feelings….and keep in mind I’ve already hit puberty.
Currently, things are happening in the world that have had a profound impact on my views and the way I’ve began to conduct my daily routine/live my life.
Heavy conversations usually suck, but I keep telling myself that if I ignore what’s happening then I’m no better than the dude that eats steak in the first Matrix movie.
“ignorance is bliss”.
First of all, has anyone heard THIS NEWS?
It’s basically a breakdown of how we potentially could have some serious problems in the next 6 months because of the methane gasses that have been released in the Mexican Gulf due to the Oil Spill.
Apparently the ocean floor (among other things) could collapse at any time swallowing up the earth and causing a huge tsunami blah blah blah you get the picture.
Here is another article highlighting how the human race will probably not last longer than 100 years from now due to overpopulation, the death of our oceans/eco-system and future climate change…
Is that crazy to say?
Am I totally that dude rocking the sign in crackville screaming “the end is near!”?

plus it’s NOT the point of the post. Remember, I’m an eternal optimist!
If there is a chance that humanity is done for, that means we are living in the most incredible time! Could we all be apart of the last living generation before it all goes down?? (“cough” 2012)
Just in case, I’ve devised a list of things we should all do while we’re waiting around for a catastrophic event to occur:
Skip work and go to a nude beach!
Jump on your bed every morning!
Hug a panda!
Go on a blind date!
Jump out of a plane!
Help an old person do a task!
Give homeless people any spare change and listen to their advice!
Tell your fam you love them even if you have had differences!
Get a one way first class ticket to the other side of the world and stay at the nicest hotel wherever you land!
Spread Love (It’s the Brooklyn way)
Strive to accomplish whatever deep desires you have!
